Apply Glamour to Item

Makes one piece of equipment permanently look like another piece of equipment. The glamoured item will have the same dye coloration as the item it's copied from. You cannot re-dye a glamoured item. If the new appearance is specific to an animal form (e.g. werewolf armor), the glamour only applies when worn in that animal form.
