In a cave deep beneath Povus, you found a giant lute-like instrument with missing enchanted strings. Looks like it'd need some pretty big ones.

Quest Text
You can feel a surge of energy when you touch the instrument -- a clear sign of magical intent. The instrument makes a pitiful note and then is silent. It seems to be missing most of its strings! Enchanted strings of that length won't come cheap; perhaps there are some around here.

Completion
You expertly restring the giant lute. As you finish up, you spot a huge pile of Councils hidden in the bottom of the instrument. That's going to affect the sound quality negatively, so you clean it out.
