Tofu is really, really simple. Curdle some soy milk, strain out the solid bits and press out the rest of the liquid in a tofu press. It's actually a lot like cheese, except you don't age it -- and it's much more boring. Too simple.

I don't have one here, but I think there's an old tofu press setup down in the dungeon with all those goblins.
